How to E-Mail Files to Cosmos: (Recommended for less than 5 MB of files)

1. To E-Mail files Click Here
2. Please include the following information:
   1. Company Name
   2. Sales Person
   3. Production Person
   4. Application files created in
   5. Job Number - If available
   6. Phone Number
3. It is recommended that you ZIP or Stuff files up before sending
4. If you would like to pre-flight your files please download this PDF Form and attach it to e-mail with files

How to FTP Files to Cosmos/Repro: (Recommended for less than 100 MB of Files)

1. Open your file transfer program (If you do not have it, click on either link CuteFTP or Fetch to download the software)
2. Cut and paste this host name: ftp.cosmosinc.net to the 'Host' field
3. A Login and Password is required. If you do not have one please contact your account representative, customer service rep or our technical team and they will provide you with the proper login information. Dial 718-482-1800 ext. 280 or ext. 291.
4. It is recommended that you ZIP or Stuff files up before sending them.
5. If you would like to pre-flight your files please download this PDF Form and attach it to the e-mail with files .
6. Once you have logged in successfully, please deposit your files into the Incoming folder on the server. This is a write only location.
7. Please contact your sales or production representative to let them know the files have been uploaded.
